They pay well, but not in comparison to what they want.
Cons
-High micro management
-Long hours developing products under daily deadlines
-Run like Cavalry Robotics, so basically 50 hr minimum with weekends
-No remote work flexibility, so if you are sick, there goes your vacation
-There is a pretty high likelyhood that you will get fired due to financial reasons or if the director does not like you
-If you want to be a controls engineer here, good luck, I am leaving controls now because I believe this took the joy out of the job more so because of management at this place
-In conclusion: You will be micromanaged, your hours are tracked daily, you will always underperform, you might get fired because they are not doing well or selling product, this is not a team-based environment, the whole engineering department will turn over before the end of the year, they manage the internet so you cannot have access to the outside world.
