Pros
There are literally no pros apart from some of the members being really great and hardworking
Cons
Salary is terrible, expect you to be available for work from 8 am to anytime at night regardless of how many hours you worked that day with no overtime pay. They had everyone working on holidays no extra pay. Even weekends without overtime pay. You are constantly asked to help other people do their jobs which gives you little time to do any of your own work and if you say that you have something you need to finish or prioritize your given attitude. This company treats its employees as slaves and even made going back to the office mandatory with a 1 week notice and if anyone felt uncomfortable with that they would "regretfully accept your resignation". Most unprofessional experience I've ever had.
