      Opteon people are amazing! Employees go the extra mile to help a customer or to get an issue resolved. The people here at Opteon are what make us successful. We an innovative and will further the appraisal industry with our focus on technological advancements. Flexible working is a great perk.

      Cons

      Opteon's benefits are good, but they can be great. Due to the rough market turns, it has not always been smooth sailing. However, we are seeing improvements in the market.
