Pros
Colleagues...actually the people (other than management) were the biggest reason to continue working there
Cons
Lack of benefits, no consideration for women (or men) that were thinking about or in process of starting a family. They offer 6 weeks completely unpaid for a mother who had a c-section. No regard for bonding or funds needed to pay for residual bills during "maternity leave". In fact, they expect you to pay them for the bs insurance premiums while you're on leave unpaid. Also, PTO is a JOKE. And let's not even mention the salary...they do not at all care about their employees and work them to a point of stress that likely will end up requiring medical care (meds, therapy, etc.) But be sure to have the funds to pay for any of that completely out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time interviewing...you'll get the job but "job" will quite literally mean "just over broke"....work smarter, not harder...choose a company that understands success starts with satisfied employees
