      Pros

      They are a great company to work for, they listen to their employees. I had a fully remote position so that was nice. Management is great. Benefits weren't bad and they did give raises occasionally. I would recommend this company. They didn't force you to work weekends, like most AMC's do.

      Cons

      Due to the market of residential appraisals, you could easily be laid off.

      Pros

      I enjoy the flexibility that my profession provides, as it allows me to work from home. The leaders are all approachable and friendly. We all seem to be striving for the same goal.
