      Pros

      Fun environment. Great coworkers. Easy going job. I enjoyed it for the time i was there.

      Cons

      The phone screening was terrible and people get blame for not helping the customers fast enough. Which makes no sense. I rather give good support then half it and move on to the next one just to have the last one call me back all because they dont want calls to be backed up.

      Pros

      Based on my previous work experience, they gave me the freedom to fully understand the company and its processes on my own first. Then they provided me with ample time for explanations and training. This allowed me to adapt to the work here more quickly. And when I made mistakes, they never blamed me, but patiently guided me instead.

      Cons

      My colleagues are all very friendly. They're like family.

      - Family centered environment. - Excellent training methods to help to thoroughly understand the products that you will be supporting. - The other team that you work with are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
