Way too many ....... here they are... 1. Unprofessional management team - hire (make him work like slaves) and fire(throw him to the streets after being used). Lots of employees were shown the doors just to make sure they have money to pay the management idiots 2. Dumb management team - they cannot even see and retain talent 3. Management team is there to make money and not make careers for its employees 4. Employees give their heart out to make projects successful but at the end of the day, management enjoy the bonuses rightfully belonging to the employees 5. It's quite evident about the management's lack of ability as they only have a couple of clients who are with them ever since the company was founded. No new projects. 6. Very short term vision. 7. Mid-management guys were supposed to be in politics. They make you work like slaves while in their projects and as others have pointed out, once you leave their project, they do not even recognize you. They walk past you as if they never knew you. List can go on and on and on and on .......... forever Please, please do not join this company. Don't you find it so very evident when no company goes to glassdoor to post a response to an employees rant. These people do and it shows they are actively trying to post fake reviews by themselves to lure employees by portraying a false picture.

Pros

Offers a "work buffet" were consultants can learn new skills by participating in emerging technologies such as RPA or learn management skills to grow their careers. Family oriented atmosphere with many employee and family-friendly events such as bring kids to work, family fun days and etc. Management has merit as prime focus for promoting, not seniority. Those who can do their jobs the best are those that are rewarded, regardless of seniority. Innovative HR mobile application that allows employees to get instant feedback from manager. Opportunity for short term travel for those willing to expand their horizons. Positive working relationship between US and India teams.

Cons

Small company so at times have to scramble to ensure that new projects come in that will replace those that end.
