Thank you for your feedback. We are a constantly growing and dynamically evolving company, which clearly reflects that our vision and path towards the future are on the right track. However, changes do happen, and to make things work, efforts from both the employer and employees at all levels are required. Furthermore, we do have to point out that there are annual performance reviews in place for our employees.
