The staff within our building, although a few bad apples, is a great group of people with true compassion for the excellent care of our seniors and skilled residents

No direction from Optalis. Transitioning in to Optalis and even currently, there has been hardly, if any, direction. No job duties for office related staff, have been finalized. Responses we receive are vague. Have yet to see a face introduce themselves to their managers within their Ohio buildings! No professionalism from Optalis Healthcare. Their corp team is much much more focused on filling their pockets and putting a head in the bed, rather than the teams within these building busting their balls to keep their money flowing! And keep it legal! Very sketchy company with very wrong morals.
