Pros
Small employee size gives wide view of product and working. Good for people who want to settle in Ahmedabad. Average age of employees is very less, fun to work with young people.
Cons
No respect and values for employees. Work getting forced on employee, one can not work independently. Flexible is timing is not useful to employee. No upgrade in technologies and so learning stops. No Infrastructure to make work comfortable
