Friendly Startup with Ambitious Challenges and Flexible Remote Work - Data Scientist Opply Employee Review

I would define Opply as a team of friendly people aiming to make the life of its customers easier. The technical challenges to solve are ambitious and the founders & managers provide a lot of autonomy to tackle them. I also like that everyone's input is welcomed even outside your core area of expertise. Besides, even if we are a small structure, there are already processes in place to provide/receive regular and constructive feedback on our work. Finally, since the start-up has adopted a fully-remote setting, the working place/times are very flexible, something I enjoy a lot when being in a digital nomad mode.
