“Understand what your getting into” - Renal Sales Specialist Opko Health Employee Review

Onboarding and Training was completely unrealistic, module per day with passing exam daily and then in depth non realistic review of product the following day. The expectation from opko is that within 1 day you know everything about the previous learning unit you JUST reviewed. Then this pattern is repeated again and again . You sit one on one with the trainer and are asked detailed nitty gritty medical information over and over that NO rep would ever talk about in real world with a physician ? They obviously don’t understand the time constraints Physicians we call on are under today ?? Just a horrendous training model
