Managers are fit for Admin Jobs - Anonymous employee Operative Employee Review

Everything pertaining Management is a Cons. Give them a training pertaining People Management, how to speak to them, how to manage the work around etc. Give a Human resource training to HR, HR in this company is useless, they got hired coz, they were from the same place (Hyderabad) and their relative work in Operative at higher positions. Apart from which, they don't have brains at all.
