Pros
This agency takes proud of their work with risky communities. Staff are passionate about client services and they are always looking for different ways to reach the communities that need the most. It is amazing how much they can do with sometimes limited funds.
Cons
As a non-profit agency, the downside is the low salaries and benefits not fully covered by the employer.
