Pros

Good place to start your career and the payscale for a first job is also good. Nice physical conditions in case you don't go to the client. Good work-life balance. Software Engineers who work there are very kind and helpfull.

Cons

Terrible physical working conditions at the client, air conditioning system doesn't work properly, sometimes in the Summer you'll work over 30ºC and in the Winter under 20ºC. The office is also very dirty . If you're a man, it's necessary to use suit. Low salary package for Mid/Senior developers. All the senior developers have been leaving the company lattely and they are only hiring juniors and part-time developers to fill the vacancies.

Pros

Great environment for learning and professional growth. You get exposure to different projects and technologies, which helps build a solid foundation. Supportive colleagues and a good place to start a career in software engineering.

Cons

Compensation is relatively low compared to the market, especially considering the responsibilities. Salary progression could be faster to better match experience and performance.

Pros

Teams communication is very good, you will learn a lot. Everyone is willing to help you if you have a problem. You will work at the entire stack, from Database to frontend, which is great to learn. If you are good, interested in growing and in the projects success you will have lots of opportunities to develop your skills further. If you are focused and interested in growing they have a good career progression.

Cons

Some projects are old and have older technologies, but you will not work for long on these projects, and there's a constant effort to update those projects, so it's not a big cons. Unfortunately, they don't have projects with cloud technologies like AWS, if you want to work with AWS services that's not a place for you. They can't compete salary wise with big international companies, but for your first years you should focus on learning.
