Pros
A fantastic team who work hard, and are focused, collaborative and get things done. Strong company culture - pre covid it was a really fun, friendly, open office. Now working remotely the company works hard to maintain an engaged, collaborative culture, organising regular meet ups (virtual and in-person) and providing lots of different support for home working. Dynamic, agile workplace where you have the freedom and support to make a real impact. No 2 days are the same and things are always moving and developing. Definitely never dull!
Cons
Working with our AU colleagues can mean a fair few early morning calls which can be tough if you're not a natural morning person! But the company lets you work flexibly and manage your hours to take back time during the day if you're on early calls. The fast paced and demanding environment won't suit everyone as its hard work, but you always feel supported, and you are recongised for your input, so its extremely rewarding.
