4yHi there, I am sorry to read that your time with us wasn’t as positive as we hope to create for our team. Over the past 2 years we have been working on imbedding simplified processes and routines to provide clarity and structure to the ‘way we do things’ and while in this years Team Survey we saw a 16% improvement in questions relating to the effectiveness of our work processes, we know we can always do more. Operating in the Financial Services sector means that we have a responsibility to ensure our work practices adhere to a number of different compliance standards. Sometimes that means that the areas in which we can innovate or create efficiency is limited. Nonetheless, we encourage innovation in the areas that we can evolve, and our Dream the Dream Innovation program is proof that our team have the opportunity to shape the future of Openpay. The feedback and ideas from our team have resulted in a growing list of initiatives including our range of flexible work options, the increased investment in learning and development and most recently, our new reward framework - making every Openpay team member an owner through our annual equity program. While these and many other improvements have been implemented in response to what our team are looking for from their employer, it’s unfortunate that for you, they did not resonate. I do however wish you all the best with whatever you choose to do next.
