      If you're a junior this will be good place

      Cons

      1- very bad management 2- no social insurance 3- if you spend your life in work hours maybe you'll reward by medical insurance 4- if you didn't ask about your rights you'll never get it 5- it's look like a family business

      Pros

      pretty much nothing, except that if you are a good looking female employee, you could possibly get a few invitations / month to after work parties by the investors

      Cons

      The entire company is based on the liking of one or two executives that frequently changes depending on their mood swings

      Trying to figure out but honestly none

      Cons

      No contract, No social insurance or medical one, basically you don't any rights in this place but your very late salary and absolutely terrible work life balance
