Neither me Nor my previous colleagues have not found any Pros during our tenure. Expecting Pros from this organization is a Nightmare and we will become fools.

Employees treated unprofessionally. 2. Micro Management 3. Single man driven company and even for buying a tissue paper box CEO approval required 4. No Growth opportunities. 5. No Work life balance - In the name of startup they force you to work for 12 to 16hours 6. Employees will be scolded infront of others. 7. except one or two, all employees out of 40 will be new any time in the company due to politics with in the organization 8. No Job Security - you will be fired anytime unethically 9. No proper leave policy - you cannot take more than two days leave even in emergency. 10 . No Hikes | No Recognition |No support | NO NO NO
