Pros

Great culture among the ICs. They generally don't have to deal with a lot of the less fun stuff so they're able to enjoy their work experience. They're very collaborative and care about the product and customers.

Cons

* Since numerous changes have taken place, it has become more political. * It's starting to remind me of my first job, where leadership got rid of the employees to rid themselves of the toxic culture. But the toxic culture was the leadership, so nothing changed. * Big decisions with no accountability when it comes to application. * Microaggressions
