Pros
yes, the store and the clothes they sell are awesome. from a fashion geek perspective the brand is super unique and special. you'll meet really interesting people who are equally drawn to this and form great friendships ... that's if the working environment doesn't destroy it them before it starts.
Cons
so negative and unhealthy! if you like to worry about your job all the time, severe salary disparity, getting dramatically different directions from the leaders of the company, pointing the finger bc no one is held accountable and never getting appreciated for what you do ... work at this company. sure you get used to the abuse bc all the shiny and pretty things distract you for awhile but at the end of the day people should be treated fairly and divisive/hurtful scenarios should never be fostered by the leaders of a company. no one should ever be treated like it's a "privilege" to work at a place, especially when said place values how many insta followers an employee has over hard work, intelligence and good ideas.
