      In The Company the management actually takes initiative to listen to employee concerns but

      No structure at All ,Very Frequent changes . It's like a start-up company trying to make sense of the preschooling system & come up with a new curriculum but actually have no realistic idea of what actually might work .

      None to offer. Since I wasn’t there long enough.

      Fired within two months. When I asked why I was being let go, they did not give me a reason. No prior write ups or anything.
