Pros

* The best people! People are smart and really care about what they're doing, and they're excited to be here from the top to the bottom. * Very clear mission, vision, and focus of the company with alignment across key executive leaders * A high level of investment in the business and delivering best-in-class technology/solutions, and services for our clients

Cons

* Remote-first work can leave people in some markets feeling less connected, but it's a clear advantage to attracting killer female leaders with families * A more conservative marketing approach vs. the marketplace. OpenX requires us to back up our positioning, which sometimes feels inconsistent with the market. Where the general approach is market-first, build later.
