Work culture is good, decent amount of freedom is given to employees. Flat organizational structure, I can directly interact on a day to day basis with the top management as well as the regular employees across all departments. Company plans exponential growth in the short and medium term. ESOPs to select employees. Pay scale on par with market rates. Company is trying something brand new that has never been tried before in India. Interesting assignments to operations analysts.

Lot of work to be done, work pressure may be more than expected, specially for software engineers. It's a start-up, so there is always the chance of it failing.

Opportunity to work as an independent employee. Friendly environment.

Company name changed for more than 4/5 times in 2 years No scope to learn technology. Conditional flexible timing. Requirements get changed frequently. No Architect for the product being developed. No Hike Worst environment for learning. No appreciation for the good work. No other activities as the management is only concerned about work. No revenue at all. A labourer is better than an employee of this organization.
