I can pick the days and pretty much the times I want to work

Cons

On breaks, lunch etc. I've witnessed many employees (including leaders who I won't mention my name) outside getting high, especially in the evening. Even saw purchases happen. This is very concerning on many levels. I'm concerned for my safety. This has been raised to HR on many occasions with nothing being done to stop it. I can't stand the smell of these people when they come back into work. Having a manager smell like pot is wrong, disrespectful and illegal. Was told this practice is tolerated because upper mgt does it...not good.

Relaxed atmosphere, kind coworkers, treat you like a human being, understanding and are accommodating for students

Cons

One of the HR women is judgy and rude. Other than that, everyone else is great.

OpenTech is a very supportive, tech-based company that prioritizes employee success as well as company success. - Benefits: Great benefits; offer Medical, Dental, and Vision as well as a telemedicine doctor. Supportive HR department that wants to see employees thrive. - Work Environment: Building is kept very clean and issues are resolved quickly thanks to facility managers. Employees are kind and ready to help one another succeed, no matter what department you are in. Management is very kind and supportive of employees, especially Senior Management. Overall a very supportive and welcoming work environment. - Additional: Employee wellness is prioritized and there are multiple activities or events each week that employees are encouraged to partake in (ie: Yoga)

Cons

- Location: Building location is decent, some concerns with safety in the surrounding area but overall company does what it can to insure employee comfort and safety. - Turnover: Depends on the department; company overall retains employees well and rewards employee retention
