This is a legitimately pleasant and wonderful place to work. The office culture is so healthy and people are actually happy to be working here. Everyone is friendly and outgoing, and the work is challenging but rewarding. The company is serious about providing support and resources and cares about you as a person in a way that I didn't think was possible. The emphasis on community and work life balance is astounding. The company is heavily geared towards individuals who are forward thinking and care about design based thinking. It's a future forward and innovative company that is so much more than just furniture and office spaces.
Cons
Georgetown parking is only 4 hours on the street and there is limited parking in the garage (currently there is a raffle every 6 months to get a spot).
