Management seems to be continually winging it and changing their minds. No one seems able to make a decision. They have little or no policies or procedures in place and everyone has a different way of doing things. The culture of is one of chaos and blame-shifting so employees are in a constant state of high stress. Many employees and management team have been there for 10-15+ years so they are out of touch with technology and modern business practices. The job you are hired for likely won't be the job you'll end up doing. Too much work load and no resources in place to support it.
