Pros

This place is a ticking time bomb. No one knows what they're doing and none of their employees have any experience in their roles before joining OpenSponsorship.

Cons

The CEO is on a power trip and is a micro-manager regardless of how high up are. She's a professional at blaming everyone for the company failing and fails to see how that's a direct reflection of her leadership skills. They lie about commission structure and have a history of not paying their employees what they're owed from deals they close. A quick LinkedIn search will show you that none of their employees last for longer than a year, and the average tenure is under 8 months. This is a failing business from executives to interns, and I wouldn't recommend this toxic work environment to my worst enemy.

Pros

Everyone on the team wants you to succeed, and will help you get there. Each brand & campaign are so different, which helps you learn and keeps things exciting. Hard work is recognized and rewarded. The work may be hard, but it's really cool to be part of which makes everything even more worth it!

Cons

No cons! If you're a dedicated, hard worker then you'll be a perfect fit!

Pros

Can really beef up the work experience on paper

Cons

Not paid, didn't onboard me whatsoever, just gave a sheet and told me to onboard myself. No clear objectives as an intern the account managers will just throw random projects at you that they don't feel like doing. Ceo/other account managers wouldn't answer me for days on end, and the ceo thinks that you should teach everything to yourself and never ask questions if the answer is already on the internet. The ceo is not nice at all and is very belittling. Honestly the biggest waste of time felt like a ghost the entire time I worked there. They just hire a bunch of interns to get free labor.
