Pros
Really good people, extremely transparent leadership, culture feels like one big team with a 'family' feel. Genuine care and action for well-being of employees, and diversity is a way of life.
Cons
While there is a ton of autonomy in most departments, there is also a lot of constant monitoring of OKR progress and activities from top leadership. While this can be critical for ensuring annual goal attainment, the high frequency of tracking gets tedious and can sometimes feel discouraging and micro-managing when progress isn't always in sync with models that are inherently subject to many variables in data and other factors.
