It feels like a really exciting time to be here. - Relatively flat structure and interest of leadership in being in the weeds means it's easy for anyone at any level to share feedback and ideas with the CEO and leadership team and take on new problems to solve. If you see something you want to work on and a challenge you want to address, you can do it - no matter what your title is. - Fully remote with relatively frequent offsites in cool locations

The intense pace is not for everyone, and if you are the type of person who likes to stay in one lane this is probably not for you. Everyone here at some point takes on work that is likely way outside what you thought your area of specialty was (this is a major pro for the right person but is something to be aware of). There was also an increase in meetings last year that I hope will be pulled back as we work out how to work better asynchronously.

Was a fantastic place to learn about crypto and web 3 as it sat at the epicenter.

Leadership was not experienced no capable of people management and development. Hiring was not done in a way to ensure leveling was correct. Made for tough team dynamics. Bad use of capital and investment led to a significant layoff season of top-caliber employees.
