      All opportunities are given to older timers. All old timers gossip and talk a lot about all the other guys behind their backs What ever the old timers tell to the management, the management blindly believes it. This is a typical body shopping co., Too much of cuss words are used. Not professional Too much of hire and fire No work life balance.

      Large, disruptive market opportunity with the move from proprietary and expensive databases (Oracle) to open source (Postgres) running on-premise and/or in the cloud. The TAM is real, significant, and fast-growing across enterprises of all sizes.

      Cons

      The company is challenged as to what business model they want to execute to.
