Pros
- Really good Software Developers. - The work environment is really nice, the people are very helpful, comprehensive and always push you to your best version. - The collaborative programming sessions are the best thing I ever did on a Job, they really want to make you grow as a professional. - The CEO and leaders are always trying to know how the teams are going on, and every aspect of our lives, personal, health, happiness and help us to feel comfortable with everything. - We work remotely and team communication is really well. In simple terms, is a really nice small team, with a lot of good practices, standards, vision, and humanity.
Cons
I have been working with them for 3 evaluation months now, and I just sign my full-time/contract renewal and I didn't find cons so far. Things to improve, yes for sure, but is something they take care of progressively, so I am sure OpenForge is always moving forward positively in terms of pain points.
