- Flexible, understanding management, the CEO is involved and genuinely wants to improve the company, as well as the team members' skillsets - This is a place to learn and grow, with opportunities to go to conferences and other useful events -

Cons

- This is typical of the industry; workload changes and you need to know how to prioritize your tasks. I don't view it as a con, it'll teach you time-management skills

Pros

Open minded work environment with a great sense of community. OpenForge fosters diversity and grows a team of people who come from everywhere in the world. You breath an international air and there is no discrimination at all. I liked the snack station with sodas, bars and much more! I met great people with positive ideals and values who helped me grow both in the professional and personal life. I definitely recommend working here.

Cons

The marketing department is pretty much unorganized, but I'm confident they will fix this issue soon, since the department was really new when I came in.

Pros

If you're someone who enjoys taking on new challenges then this job is for you. Every couple of months a new client will bring on a set of challenges that you'll get to solve along a talented team of UX Designers.

Cons

Due to the nature of startups, there is a lot of flexibility involved so you need to be ok with being able to wear different hats.
