- Mission-driven company that brings a strong "why" to every initiative. - Leadership team is clear and transparent about company goals and objectives, and effectively communicates changes along the way. - Mentorship is top-of-mind for management, and the learning opportunities are endless. Management also does a fantastic job of breaking down any barriers in realtime while optimizing for future state. I feel empowered to do my work, but able to lean on management for growth and support. - Early-stage startup culture provides a number of learning and building opportunities that are simply unattainable anywhere else. - I know why I am paid for the work I do, and what career trajectory opportunities are available to me. - Remote-first culture, unlimited PTO, the list goes on. Wellness and taking time to recharge are encouraged.
