      Good work life balance. Colleagues don’t work past 6pm here. People are generally nice and helpful. Little to no politics. Hybrid work arrangement

      Cons

      Outdated tech stack. Core backend language is TCL. Too stable hence not much interesting work for some. My direct manager was terrible
