Pay is low compared to my fellow consultants from other vendors working for the same client company, the benefits package is expensive to get decent usable coverage and with no paid vacation and only a handful of paid sick days, and no raises or opportunity for growth or promotions, and no contact with anyone from the vendor itself - when it came to needing to change my insurance due to turning 26, it took a long time to finally get a response to be able to do so, outside of that there has been no real communication from them since being hired
