- Is a vendor for a lot of known companies in the industry that they primarily serve - Technology recruitment is in demand so it is what fuels the company's bottom line
Cons
- Lack of communication leads to verbal disputes from management that can lead to embarrassing public scolding of recruiters in front of office staff - Major Disorganization - child like temper tantrums from owner gets in the way of daily flow of work - Took position after being let go due to the recession, A good place to just pass time but would not recommend staying for a long time. - Hostile and erratic work environment - Has discriminated in the past
