      Safe company; no signs of layoffs due to the business nature. Easy to stand out if you want. Unlimited PTO. Not much work so work/life balance can be quite goos

      Cons

      Compensation is terrible. Company burns money and then gets upset when their profit margin isn’t as good as it can be.
