      - always had something to do - realistic deadlines - able to learn new skills/software on the job - co-workers are professional and easy to work with

      Pros

      Most employees are nice and friendly.

      Cons

      There's no hourly worker since the CEO want every employees to work at least 12 hours everyday includes Saturday. There's no work/life balance.
