This company is truly amazing. From day one, the people here made me feel welcome and valued. The CEO, Alan, leads with real vision and authenticity. He sets the tone for an inspiring culture from the top down. Andre at the front desk are not just friendly, he is heartbeat of the office. They always greet everyone with a smile and make the place feel warm and inviting. Michael Dorian is also incredible. He is hardworking, supportive, and genuinely cares about the team. The IO department deserves a special shoutout. Their teamwork, problem solving skills, and dedication are next level. Robert Rigeliti is not only a brilliant mind but also one of the kindest and most genuine people I have worked with. He brings so much positive energy to every project and conversation. Out of all the places I have worked, this is easily one of my favorites. The people, the culture, the energy. It is rare to find a workplace that gets it right on every level, but this one truly does. Also special shoutout to Ernesto for doing such an amaing job.

The only con is not working with this amazing team.
