      i love the families we work with. they are the best. working with kids is always a joy.

      Cons

      you have no control at all. my schedule would get changed at the last min and i had no say in it. terrible pay compared to other SV schools.

      Meeting interesting people, trying to do good work despite deep institutional issues.

      Cons

      Leadership (exec director and their 2nd in command) is aloof, unconcerned with staff members' day to day struggles, and more focused on building her image and brand than improving the quality of service she provides or addressing the ways in which her staff are not being taken care of.
