I’m thankful to OpenLook Business Solutions for giving me the opportunity to work as a Virtual Assistant under their agency. It allowed me to grow professionally, gain valuable experience, and connect with great clients. However, I believe it’s also important to be transparent about some challenges I encountered during my time with them. One ongoing issue was the inconsistent remittance of monthly government contributions, despite regular salary deductions. Additionally, communication when raising concerns was often delayed, with no clear timeline provided for resolving issues. If you’re considering joining, just be prepared to handle these kinds of situations. I appreciate the chance to work with them, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

I’ve been working with OpenLook Business Solutions for two years, and based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them. One major issue is that they don’t remit monthly government contributions regularly, despite consistent deductions from our salaries. This not only causes a lot of stress but also affects our access to benefits. Raising concerns doesn’t help much either, as they rarely respond promptly. Sometimes not at all. And there’s never a clear timeline for resolving issues. If you’re planning to work here, be prepared to handle this kind of stress. It’s frustrating to see regular deductions but no assurance that they’re being properly remitted.
