Pros
Virtual internship is what they provide, and it's a great opportunity for people to learn about social coding from a virtual standpoint. Weekly meetings to keep everyone in the loop, and great leadership.
Cons
The only con is that you don't get paid. Otherwise experience is the only thing they offer which is in my opinion very valuable.
