People know and appreciate what they've done. * The entire team gets together 2 or 3 times per year somewhere to hang out and plan

* Flexible hours and 100% remote * You NEED to manage yourself. * Work is a huge part of your social life. If you're working 100% remotely, you need to go out of your way and fill this void with something else. * Management can be a bit hectic

Have really enjoyed working with the team. There's a lot of room for growth at OKF, and and a welcoming team and environment.

Somewhat disjointed/disconnected to its global partnerships, but this may come with the territory.
