Pros

A workplace where everyone is treated equally, respectfully and candidly. Open is more than an organization - it's a family. And you gradually understand this when you become one with the Opener Tribe. As an organization Open gives an equal opportunity to everyone to grow and upskill not only on the career level but also in terms of extra-curricular activities/Hobbies. There are many clubs - Football, Cricket, Bike Riders, Art & Crafts, Dance & Music etc. Not only this they also give utmost importance for an employee's mental and physical well-being. May it be your 1st success in cracking a code/deal or your work anniversary, Open covers all your small and big wins.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Made some great friends there.

Cons

The culture is heavily driven by internal politics. Effort is rarely recognized; high performance is simply exploited. Leadership positions are often filled based on personal connections rather than merit, resulting in management who lack the basic communication skills required to lead teams effectively.
