I love my co-workers and the overall environment is very relaxed. Free lunch 2x/week from nearby restaurants. I would consider working here until retirement if not for the cons.
Cons
Pay is pitifully low. Promotions do next to nothing to your income. Unfortunately another stepping stone type company.
