-Leadership clearly wants Opcity to be a fun place to work and does everything it can to make that happen -Free lunch, which has been much better since around February, and other perks like fitness classes, good healthcare, contests, parties - Down to Earth staff, casual work environment, casual dress -It’s exciting to be part of something growing so fast under a leader like Ben, who has done it before -Anyone can succeed as a CSR if they work hard and put in the hours -Promotions are frequently available
Cons
-The CSR job is repetitive and some phone calls will be frustrating -Constant growth equals constant change so you must be able to adapt and grow with the company -There are many different schedules available but most do not have both saturday and sunday off -There is low transparency into other departments and aspects of the company -Some of the ‘promotions’ require a decrease in pay, yet the compensation is kept secret until after interviewing -Management will keep things secret until the last minute which results in rumors among csr’s and general mistrust
