7yWe are sorry to read your review of OpTech. The instance you are referring to (more than three years ago) happened to be a very challenging time for everyone at OpTech. We had witnessed, first-hand, the implications that come from changes in the healthcare and financial industries. These changes affected some of our biggest clients, which in turn has impacted our bottom line. Unfortunately, the leadership team made a very difficult decision about rightsizing and had to let some of our colleagues go. We did not make these decisions lightly, and this is definitely not something we do every couple of years and have not done since. We pride ourselves on our culture and team. Most of our staff have been with us for more than five years, some as many as 10, 15, and nearly 20 years.
