Nothing good to say about this company

Cons

- Love the blame game - Managements disregard for employees with mental health issues and inclusion within their workplace. - No training in place for someone new to the industry or workforce - Management likes to validate their existence by posting social media drivel just for the comments and likes. Makes a mockery of amazing SA causes like Operation Flinders. Turns it into one-on-one time with their 'mates'. - Lead Engineer equally has a chip on their shoulder and can't even hold a relationship - Loves to berate past employees and tries to sabotage their careers because they have strong 'connections' in SA - The turnover of staff in the company is shocking with some loyal people who love sticking around because they can't find anything else.
