Pros
I like being busy so OpFocus is a great fit for me. I have a lot of latitude to guide the projects I work on and a lot of opportunity to learn new things. Overall the management team is strong. The company is moving in a positive direction and while the growing pains are challenging sometimes, I think the long term vision is solid. During my time at OpFocus, they have improved the selling and scoping processes so that projects are more accurate and easier to deliver.
Cons
OpFocus is definitely going through growing pains which leads to frustrations and team members being over committed. There are a lot of new "processes" that seem to only benefit one or two people and make the rest of team resentful of the time it takes from completing billable work.
